Shipping Information:
Freight Charges are determined by the size of the transaction. Some brands we sell have a "flat fee" shipping rate already included. The freight charge will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. (Some orders will include FREE SHIPPING if you reach the minimum order size) Please refer to the freight table below.
Most orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days assuming availability. If the item(s)you purchase are not immediately available we will contact you via email with an estimated date of delivery. Lead times depend on various factors including model and quantity. Most orders will be shipped by a common carrier via "curbside" type service. Accessory orders may ship via UPS. No inside delivery is included unless special arrangements are made in advance with RoomAire.com.
Freight Damage & DOA Policy:
All shipments must be carefully inspected by the buyer immediately upon delivery. If any cartons and contents appear to be seriously damaged in any way the buyer must "REFUSE" the delivery and mark the delivery receipt as such. If the buyer accepts delivery and finds the contents damaged it must be reported to us within 3 business days otherwise a claim cannot be processed with the common carrier.
