Q: What information is needed to identify a replacement for an older model PTAC/PTHP?
A: The dimensions of the old chassis, length, width and height; model model number, voltage, amps, control box location, and capacity of the unit to be replaced need tobe identified to insure the correct replacement is selected.
Q: What is a retrofit PTAC/PTHP?
A: A retrofit PTAC/PTHP is a replacement of an older model PTAC/PTHP using the existing wall box and replacing the chassis, resulting in only minor installation costs.
