Extended Warranty Plans from RoomAire.com

The Extended Warranty Plan is administered through RepairMaster from Warrantech. It is based on the item retail value being under $1500 which will cover most room air conditioners we sell. This plan is not available on ductless mini split systems. The plan gives you three options terms including 1 year, 3 year and 5 year. The 1 year option is a 1 year extension of the original manufacturer one (1) year parts and labor warranty. The three (3) and five (5) year plan warranty starts on the original date of purchase. Your warranty information and account number will be mailed to your home address. Please note this extended warranty plan is only for residential customers and cannot be used for rental or commercial applications. In order to receive these special rates all Extended Warranties must be purchased at time of item purchase.

For Commercial applications including hotels, motels and assisted living facilities we now offer a "Commercial" program. Please select from either a 3 or 5 year DOP extended warranty plan. (See Below)
